Job summary

MSR Technology Group in Massachusetts seeks a hardware engineer to drive schematic development, perform RCA and failure analysis, and oversee electrical/functional testing and validation. You'll support prototype, production and sustaining engineering, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers to ensure robust designs.

The role requires hands-on lab work with oscilloscopes, DMMs and logic analyzers, and proficiency with Altium, OrCAD, Cadence or Mentor Graphics.

Qualifications

• Experience in schematic development and design changes.
• Strong RCA and failure analysis skills.
• Electrical/functional testing and validation experience.
• Prototype, production & sustaining engineering support.
