Actalent seeks an Electrical Design & Regulatory Compliance Engineer to design and develop electrical components and products. You will ensure safety and compliance with electrical, electronic, and RF standards for market access across the business.

The role expects experience in PCB-level design, regulatory compliance, and embedded firmware. This is a hybrid position based in Lancaster, PA, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a performance-based bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Engineering or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of PCB-level product design, IC selection, BOM development and related EE activities.
• Experience in electronic regulatory compliance (electrical, electronic, and/or radio frequency standards).
• Proficiency in design software (OrCAD, Altium, EagleCAD, KiCAD, DipTrace, UpVerter) required.
• Experience writing embedded firmware code; RF product design, IoT, and ML is a plus.
• Project management and other regulatory compliance activities are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; strong communication and presentation skills.

The Electrical Design & Regulatory Compliance Engineer is responsible for both the design and development of electrical components and products within the Product Enhancement Engineering team and for ensuring product safety/compliance with applicable electrical, electronic, and radio frequency standards and directives for market access across the entire business.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
