Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing-focused electrical engineering exp.
• Experience with electrical schematics, wiring and harness design, and BOM creation.
• DfMA knowledge and design for manufacturability experience.
• Strong collaboration with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing-focused electrical product engineering with emphasis on transfers, NPI, and production readiness.
• Create and update electrical schematics, wiring/harness designs, wire-kit documentation, and manufacturing-ready BOMs.
• Drive electrical DfMA improvements and BOM commonization across product lines.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve production issues and enable smooth factory launches.
• Maintain accurate engineering docs, drawings, and change records in CAD and document-control systems.
• Improve reliability, consistency, and manufacturability of industrial electrical products and electromechanical assemblies.
• Troubleshoot electrical build issues and support root-cause analysis for wiring, harness, and component defects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce variation.
