Qualifications

• Licensed PE in Pennsylvania with seven years of electrical design experience for schools and facilities.
• ABET-accredited Electrical Engineering degree.
• Experience with NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 72, IBC, City of Philadelphia codes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and advertise RFPs for third-party design firms.
• Review proposals and manage contracts and invoices of design firms.
• Develop scope determination reports for Capital Improvement Projects.
• Provide design support during bid and construction phases.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure constructability of building systems.
