Job summary

AGCO in Hesston, USA is seeking an electrical/harness design engineer to design wiring harnesses and specify components for mobile agricultural machinery. The role focuses on Gold Harvest combines NA with potential global support; you will work with 12/24-volt systems, create wiring diagrams, and select relays, fuses, speed sensors, and transducers, using Creo Parametric Cabling and Zuken E3.

Qualifications

Electrical or mechanical engineering degree preferred; other related experience considered.
Experience reading and creating wiring diagrams for mobile machinery.
Proficiency with CAD tools for electrical harness routing (Creo/similar).
Strong written and verbal English communication; cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Design electrical circuits and wiring harnesses, including schematics and 2D/3D routing.
Define harness routing for harvesting equipment and specify relays, fuses, sensors, and transducers.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, product service and purchasing teams.
Support field tests and provide technical training to internal teams.
Participate in design reviews and manage multiple projects with timelines.
