You will review contractor drawings, perform load calculations, and support field coordination. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 4–8 years of design experience; PE or EIT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field; 4–8 years electrical design experience.
• Coordination with mechanical/HVAC equipment; understand power distribution, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Interpreting construction documents and communicating across trades; PE license or EIT preferred; design-build experience is a plus.
• Revit MEP familiarity desired; BIM coordination skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate power distribution, disconnects, control wiring, and equipment connections for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Review contractor drawings and submittals; perform load calculations.
• Support field coordination; respond to RFIs; ensure electrical code compliance.
