Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of electrical engineering design or construction experience.
• Ability to read, interpret, and evaluate electrical deliverables for errors and coordination issues.
• Familiarity with RFI and submittal review workflows on construction projects.
• Experience with design‑build, design‑assist, or delegated design delivery models.
• Strong written and verbal communication for engineering and field teams.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and web‑based PM platforms (e.g., Procore, ACC).
• Able to manage multiple projects and maintain documentation discipline under schedule pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify design gaps and constructability issues early and propose solutions.
• Serve as primary engineering resource bridging design and field operations through all project phases.
• Review electrical design documents for code compliance and consistency; log and close comments.
• Support RFIs and submittals aligned with field construction needs; review shop drawings and equipment submittals.
• Support design‑build and delegated design scopes in coordination with subconsultants and field teams.
• Collaborate with field superintendents and trade partners to resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain structured technical records and contribute to enterprise engineering standards.
• Deliver internal technical training and participate in developing engineering standards.
