Base pay range

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Design Engineer with expertise in EPLAN to join our engineering team. This role is instrumental in developing high-quality electrical schematics and documentation to support complex industrial and automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed electrical designs, including schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials using EPLAN
• Ensure design compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, CE) and client-specific requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, automation, and project engineering teams to deliver integrated system solutions
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation packages for procurement, assembly, and commissioning
• Support technical reviews, quality assurance processes, and continuous design improvement initiatives
• Assist in component selection and work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure specification accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of professional experience in electrical design using EPLAN Electric
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, control panels, and industrial automation equipment
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to design
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EPLAN Pro Panel, EPLAN Data Portal, and automated report generation
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI systems and integration
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or hands-on commissioning experience
• Understanding of data-driven engineering and ERP system integration
