Electrical Design Engineer

- Design PLC-based control systems, panels, and power distribution for low voltage systems (up to 480 VAC)
- Select electrical components to support control system architectures
- Develop electrical schematics and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical
- Collaborate with control panel manufacturers to resolve build issues
- Conduct hardware testing, including creating project-specific test plans
- Knowledge of control panel design basics and National Electrical Code (NFPA 70)
- Familiarity with multi-vendor PLC hardware, AC/DC motor drives, and control system components
- Ability to prepare control system designs
