Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support electrical, instrumentation, and control system projects across terminal and pipeline facilities. You will develop design packages, review drawings, and assist with equipment selection while partnering with project management and operations to deliver safe, reliable solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial environments, familiarity with AutoCAD, SLDs, wiring schematics, MCCs, switchgear, instrumentation and power

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3+ years of electrical and instrumentation design experience.
• Experience with AutoCAD and electrical design drawings.
• Experience creating/reviewing SLDs, wiring schematics and control panel designs.
• Experience in industrial/oil & gas/midstream facilities.

This role will be responsible for developing engineering design packages, reviewing technical drawings, supporting equipment selection, and partnering with project management and operations teams to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
