Job summary

You’ll work with advanced engineering tools and contribute to both standard and custom designs while driving continuous improvement across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Distribution transformer design experience (internship accepted).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Experience collaborating across teams and functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical designs on time and to quality expectations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Support development of special and custom designs.
• Identify and lead improvements to engineering processes and products.
• Define and document requirements for system enhancements.
• Support testing, validation, and deployment of tools and solutions.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
