Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with consulting or design build electrical firms.
• Deep understanding of engineering codes and standards.
• History of direct supervision and mentoring of support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical department and manage 15 engineers/designers.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and recruitment.
• Review contracts and manage project resources effectively.
• Perform technical analysis and preparation of design documents.
• Communicate directly with clients through presentations and proposals.
