Job summary

Drive & Shine Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Controls & Automation Lead to oversee our electrical department, support equipment builds, automation projects, and field installations.

This is a hands-on leadership role, with 1st shift and competitive pay. You will lead projects and technicians while also contributing to electrical assembly, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and startup support.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical and automation experience.
• PLC programming experience.
• Experience wiring control panels and motor controls.
• Familiarity with VFDs, relays, sensors, and industrial networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Up to 50% travel based on project workload.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical team during equipment builds and installations

• Read and create electrical schematics and layouts

We are looking for someone with strong industrial electrical experience who enjoys solving problems, leading teams, and working both in the shop and in the field.
