  • Develop and deliver training materials and best practices for COE team members on E3 design software and database usage
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with Zuken to align on software best practices, database architecture, issue resolution, and upgrade execution
  • Support integration between E3 and configurator tools to enable automatic generation of electrical schematics
  • Improve design accuracy and wiring BOM quality to reduce production floor errors, rework, and inefficiencies
  • Support initiatives related to panel layout optimization, wire length prediction, and future wire preparation automation
  • Expand BOM structure and component data governance to improve procurement accuracy and downstream manufacturing execution.

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited university or college.
  • 3+ years of relevant industry and technical experience.

Desired:

  • Experience with Zuken E3 or similar ECAD platforms
  • Experience working with electrical schematics, component libraries, bills of materials, and engineering databases.
  • Experience with ECAD tools and product data management systems.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and structured engineering data governance
  • Strong understanding of electrical component library management and database architecture
  • Experience developing standards, training materials, and best practices for engineering teams
