Job summary

Day & Zimmermann Maintenance and Construction (DZMC) seeks an Electrical Supervisor to support the Project Site Team in Baxley, GA. The role directs Craft employees to meet safety goals, quality requirements, and project constraints while coordinating planning, subcontractors, equipment, and material usage.

Strong English communication, sound decision making, and the ability to work in varied environmental conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading and writing English.
• Ability to reason and make sound decisions.
• Capable of analyzing data and reporting accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to craft employees to meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and design requirements.
• Coordinates job planning, methods, subcontractors, equipment usage, rentals, and supplies.
• Ensures crew compliance with DZ Safety and Quality Programs.
• Conducts field walkdowns and inspects work in progress to resolve issues.
