The Day & Zimmermann Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to support our Project Site Team in Baxley, GA.

You will supervise craft personnel, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate planning, subcontractors, and equipment usage at the Baxley site. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication, decision making, and field inspection capabilities, and be able to work in challenging environmental conditions.

Qualifications

• Provide direction to Craft employees to meet safety, quality, cost, schedule and design requirements.
• Coordinate job planning, work methods, subcontractors, equipment usage and tool procurement.
• Ensure crew compliance with DZ Safety and Quality Programs.
