Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Performs highly skilled tasks in accordance with standard electrical trade practices and codes.
  • Lays out and installs electrical conduit for power and lighting.
  • Repairs electrical motors, controllers, switchboard panels, and related equipment.
  • Installs open and concealed wiring and lighting fixtures.
  • Maintains and repairs various electrical systems and equipment.
  • May operate heavy equipment and respond to emergencies at state airports.
