Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service to customers and process orders efficiently.

You will support showroom upkeep, assist with warehousing tasks, and help grow electrical distribution sales while building strong customer relationships. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in customer service or electrical distribution, a high school diploma or GED, and comfort with Windows-based software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Work Hours: 8am - 5pm.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
