The Counter Sales Person at Elliott Electric Supply assists customers during the sales process, maintains up-to-date product knowledge, and promotes available items. You will respond to inquiries professionally and help identify replacement products when appropriate.

Candidates should have strong communication, basic computer skills, and experience in customer service or the electrical industry; a high school diploma is preferred with ability to work in a team and manage priorities.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experienced in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A minimum of one year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products required.
• Strong mathematical ability.
• Basic familiarity with the use of a personal computer.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
• Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
