Rexel USA is hiring a Counter Sales Representative for our Platt team in Corvallis, Oregon. You will provide prompt, courteous service, help customers with purchases, and handle order processing while supporting showroom and warehouse operations.

The role emphasizes building customer relationships, restocking, and maintaining product knowledge to assist inside sales and ensure smooth store operations.

Formación

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical distribution or related sales environments preferred
• Familiarity with Windows PCs and order-entry systems preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns
• Drive electrical distribution sales for counter business and develop customer relationships
• Restock, maintain showroom, and keep counter clean and organized
• Assist warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed
