Rockline Industries, Inc. in Morristown, TN is seeking an Electrical Controls Tech II-Grade 9 to support automation and equipment reliability. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining electrical and control systems across converting processes.

Ideal candidates have an AS Electronics Technology or 2-year maintenance background with hands-on AB Control Logix/Studio 5000 experience and knowledge of 24VDC systems, vision, and robotics. Flexibility for shifts is expected.

Qualifications

Minimum AS Electronics Technology or 2-year maintenance program with automation experience.
Basics of PLC ladder logic, HMI, and vision system programming.
Experience with Allen-Bradley Control Logix or Studio 5000 and another platform.
Knowledge of electrical safety in high and low voltage controls.

Responsibilities

Provide basic to advanced technical support for troubleshooting equipment and processes.
Support electrical distribution systems, motors, drives, and control panels.
Lead maintenance for camera inspection and lot code printing equipment.
Troubleshoot robotics, program changes, and root cause analysis.
Work flexible hours to support equipment downtime and backups.
Collaborate with Operations to improve equipment reliability and safety.
