Job summary

Rockline Industries in Springdale, AR, seeks an Automation/Controls Technician to provide daily process support to Operations and HPOT teams. You will troubleshoot equipment, assist with documentation, and implement repairs or program changes as needed to keep lines running safely and efficiently.

The role requires AS Electronics Technology or a 2-year electronics program with hands-on automation/controls experience, plus knowledge of AB Control Logix, PLC ladder logic, HMI, and vision/robotic

Qualifications

• AS Electronics Technology or 2-year electronics program with 1 year of automation/controls experience.
• Familiar with AB Control Logix and at least one other controls platform.
• Understanding PLC ladder logic, HMI and Vision system programming.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily process support to Operations and HPOT teams.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process control issues; implement repairs and program changes.
• Support procurement and development of equipment/process documentation.
• Ensure safety guidelines and RRITE values are upheld.
• Flexibility to cover equipment downs or backup shifts as needed.
• Show initiative to gain required skills and knowledge.
