Salary: Salaries at Advanced Ionics are paid bi-weekly

Reports to: Engineering Team Manager

Position Summary: The Electrical Controls Technician is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining control systems used on electrolyzer test stations.

Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Work hours are scheduled between 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Essential Functions:

• Design, implement, and maintain control systems in alignment with engineering management and company goals.
• Troubleshoot communication issues to ensure minimal downtime and high reliability.
• Improve Application Programming Interface for station control systems.
• Conduct tests and simulations to validate control systems.
• Lead upgrades or modifications to existing control systems with minimal disruption.
• Create data collection, processing, and storage systems for station devices.
