Javlyn Process Systems, a member of Krones Process Group North America, is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to develop, design, and implement electrical and automation systems for liquid processing facilities in Rochester, NY. The role requires collaboration with process engineers and suppliers to ensure reliable, safety-compliant installations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial control systems, electrical schematics, and process automation related to fluid handling.

Qualifications

5–15 years in electrical and automation design for liquid processing industries.
Experience designing control systems with PLCs.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or AutoCAD Electrical.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and standards.
Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams and communicate with vendors, contractors, and clients.

Responsabilités

Electrical design & documentation: create control panel layouts, wiring diagrams, I/O lists.
Process integration: collaborate with process engineers to integrate control systems with pumps, valves and field instrumentation.
Project execution & support: participate in cost estimating and lead checkout at panel fabrication shops; support commissioning at client sites.
