Job summary

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a client in the Peerysburg, OH area seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer. The role focuses on facility electrical and process controls and oversees electrical/controls aspects of new equipment installations and modifications.

The incumbent serves as the in‑house expert in electrical safety, sensor selection and application, and electro‑mechanical equipment, programming and troubleshooting with Allen Bradley PLCs and RS Logix.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field.
• PLC and HMI programming experience.
• 2+ years of electrical controls in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility electrical and process controls.
• Lead electrical and controls aspects of new equipment installations and modifications.
• Serve as in-house expert in electrical safety, sensor selection and application, and electro-mechanical equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot equipment using Allen Bradley PLCs and RSLogix.
• Serve as a plant-level resource for Maintenance and Engineering on electrical/controls projects.
