Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs using Studio 5000.
• Map and validate I/O, perform FAT/SAT, and startup.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, and panels.
• Support projects and collaborate with teams during installation and commissioning.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Controls Engineer with expertise in Allen-Bradley PLC programming and industrial automation to support data center automation projects. The ideal candidate will have hand-on experience in PLC development, commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, machine I/O validation, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix PLCs using Studio 5000/RSLogix 5000.
• Perform machine I/O mapping, testing, commissioning, FAT/SAT, and startup.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, control panels, and industrial control systems.
• Support automation projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams during installation and commissioning.
