Job summary

Lithios Inc. seeks an Electrical & Controls Engineer to support capital projects for our Advanced Lithium Extraction (ALE) platform.

You will lead electrical, instrumentation, and controls activities from concept to startup, review design criteria, and ensure proper integration with other disciplines. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial facilities, strong DC power and PLC/DCS experience, and proven ability to collaborate with EPC contractors and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical, controls, instrumentation, or related engineering experience in complex industrial facilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with DC power systems, rectifiers, and power distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical, instrumentation, and controls engineering activities from concept through startup.
• Develop and review design criteria, datasheets, drawings, and documentation.
• Provide technical oversight of industrial power systems and control integrations.
• Review I&C documentation, PLC/DCS systems, and instrumentation.
• Coordinate across process, mechanical, civil, and other disciplines.
• Mentor junior team members.
