Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology required.
- 5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, SCADA and industrial automation systems.
- Electrical panel and controls design experience; strong hands-on problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical control systems and custom automation solutions.
- Create schematics, panel layouts, BOMs, and wiring documentation.
- Program and support PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
- Lead and support new product development initiatives.
- Troubleshoot equipment and controls issues remotely and onsite.
- Improve manufacturing processes, testing systems, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to bring innovative products to market.
- Drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and performance.
