Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate on designing and integrating robotic systems alongside sales, project, and engineering teams.
2. Engage directly in hands-on system integration, modification, and repair to meet client needs.
3. Develop and troubleshoot new or existing PLC programs, ensuring superior system performance.
4. Design, assess, and refine electrical control systems while maintaining stringent safety standards.
5. Lead panel construction and develop wiring/schematics based on project scopes.
6. Facilitate equipment installation and staff training at client sites.
7. Maintain detailed records of project progress and quality inspections.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of experience with PLC programming, design and ladder logic.
2. Robotics programming is a plus (ABB, FANUC).
3. HMI/SCADA programming experience with Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Cimplicity, Ignition and similar.
4. Proficiency in designing, diagnosing, and repairing complex electrical controls.
5. Expertise in reading schematics and specifying project equipment.
6. Skilled in 480 3-phase electrical equipment troubleshooting.
7. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills.
8. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
9. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass drug/background screenings.
