Job summary

MNA Controls LLC is seeking an Electrical Controls Engineer to join our Indianapolis, IN team. The role focuses on designing, testing, and supporting electrical control systems for industrial, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and related markets.

The engineer will translate requirements into compliant control designs, read and edit schematics, develop BOMs, and perform on-site and factory acceptance tests. Occasional travel to client facilities will be required, with a strong emphasis on safety and

Qualifications

Understanding of electrical schematics and ability to troubleshoot failures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for timely problem solving.

Responsibilities

Support engineering design from concept to completion for electrical discipline.
Develop electrical control designs compliant with standards and codes.
Read and edit logic diagrams, wiring diagrams, single lines, and P&IDs; prepare drawings and specs.
Prepare BOMs and present technical information to stakeholders.
Perform factory and site acceptance tests of electrical equipment and installations.
Assist with installation and troubleshoot controls panels and devices; ensure safety compliance.
