Job summary

Jobot is hiring an Electrical Controls Engineer in Ware, MA to design, develop, and implement control systems for our manufacturing processes. You will troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, SCADA, robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics to boost efficiency, quality, and safety.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing as a Controls Engineer.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA development.
• Hands-on experience with robotics, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering and industrial automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

Job Details

Qualifications:

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Controls Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

8. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
