Electrical Controls Engineer

**Key Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Controls Engineering preferred) from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in PLC code development—experience with Siemens systems is a plus.
- Expertise in motion control using VFDs and Servos.
- Skilled in electrical distribution troubleshooting and design, with an understanding of NEC codes.
- Strong competency in HMI programming; Aveva and Wonderware preferred.
- Solid knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical data effectively with team members and management.
- Proficiency in mathematical, statistical, and engineering principles to tackle recurring process issues.
- Comfortable leading projects and coordinating across multiple teams.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Background in field service engineering or as a technician.
- Experience with system integration, AI, and machine learning in manufacturing.
- Familiarity with process control, machine vision systems, and IIOT devices.
