Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, or Controls Engineering preferred) from an accredited university.
2. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
3. Proficient in PLC code development—experience with Siemens systems is a plus.
4. Expertise in motion control using VFDs and Servos.
5. Skilled in electrical distribution troubleshooting and design, with an understanding of NEC codes.
6. Strong competency in HMI programming; Aveva and Wonderware preferred.
7. Solid knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and Microsoft Office.
8. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical data effectively with team members and management.
9. Proficiency in mathematical, statistical, and engineering principles to tackle recurring process issues.
10. Comfortable leading projects and coordinating across multiple teams.

Preferred Experience:

1. Background in field service engineering or as a technician.
2. Experience with system integration, AI, and machine learning in manufacturing.
3. Familiarity with process control, machine vision systems, and IIOT devices.
