Job summary

Mier Temporary Staffing is hiring an Electrical Controls Assembler in Fairdale, KY. This full-time, in-office position will report to the Team Leader – Electrical Controls Production and involve assembling electrical components, wiring, and preparing products for final inspection and packaging.

The role requires accuracy, good English communication, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical and electronic components as directed by the supervisor.
• Wire motors, junction boxes, harnesses, and switches per specifications.
• Perform final inspections before packaging to ensure quality standards.
• Record completed orders and maintain production documentation.
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist with preparation and application of labels and decals for production.
• Prepare wire harnesses and electrical assemblies for production.
• Provide general production and assembly support as required.
• Follow instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
