Job summary

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking an Electrician Control Technician to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract at an overseas location. The role requires a Secret security clearance and strong knowledge of AC/DC electronics and DDC controls.

The candidate should have five years of experience in maintenance and repair of pneumatic and electronic controls, and familiarity with building management systems such as Honeywell, Powers, or Carrier.

Qualifications

• Active in scope Secret security clearance.
• High school or GED; technical or trade school graduate or equivalent apprenticeship for the mechanical trades.
• Five years of maintenance/repair experience on pneumatic and electronic controls.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Honeywell, Powers, and Carrier Building Management Systems or similar systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Active in scope Secret security clearance.
• High school (or GED equivalent), technical or trade school graduate or equivalent apprenticeship for the mechanical trades.
• Five (5) years of experience in maintenance and repair of pneumatic and electronic controls and in qualifications listed above.

Additional Information

Work Environment

• Must reside at an overseas location.
• Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.
• Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
• A willingness to work rotational shift if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well.
