Job summary
Amrize is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to plan, schedule and oversee electrical maintenance at the Ravena Cement Plant in Ravena, NY. You will ensure safety and regulatory compliance while maximizing equipment reliability and availability.
The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (or 8 years of equivalent experience) and 5+ years of electrical supervision and PLC/HMI experience in heavy manufacturing. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years electrical supervision and project experience.
- PLC programming experience and knowledge of HMI systems.
- Experience in heavy manufacturing environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule and oversee electrical maintenance activities in the plant.
- Lead ESWP and Energy Isolation programs.
- Maintain process instrumentation and quality instrumentation for compliance.
- Monitor electrical equipment for reliability and safety.
- Maintain electrical documentation and budgeting support.
- Coordinate work with other departments and prioritize tasks.
- Provide control system training and guidance for plant personnel.
- Troubleshoot control system hardware/software issues.
