Job summary

ICS Holding, LLC is seeking an Electrical General Superintendent to oversee field construction activities on a Houston project. You will lead a team of electricians, coordinate with project managers and engineers, ensure adherence to plans, codes, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include planning, procurement, wiring, testing, QA, safety programs, documentation, progress reporting, and change order management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven leadership of electrical construction teams.
Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate electrical installation across the site to meet plans and codes.
Lead electricians, subcontractors, and technicians and ensure safe installations.
Oversee procurement, wiring, and testing to quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely materials.
Implement QA/QC measures and inspect for compliance.
Promote safety with regular meetings, audits, and corrective actions.
Maintain electrical documentation, shop drawings, and submittals.
Monitor progress and report milestones to project managers.
Evaluate change orders and document impacts on schedule and cost.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
