Job summary

ColonialWebb seeks an Assistant Superintendent to run day-to-day operations on our Richmond construction site and manage project schedules. You will lead trades, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor costs and progress to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, proficiency with Procore and BIM, and a focus on safety and quality. We offer competitive pay, a 401(k) with match, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold State Journeyman card or Master Electrician license
• Experience managing trades on construction sites
• Strong knowledge of NEC code and OSHA regulations

Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of assigned trades
• Schedule material and equipment deliveries to maintain project timeline
• Review shop drawings and ensure field installations meet specs
• Coach teammates on safety and productivity
• Demonstrate independent judgement and leadership on site
