Qualifications

• 3+ years of field construction management experience.
• Experience leading electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities with managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Lead and manage a team of electricians, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Oversee electrical construction, procurement, installation, and testing to meet specs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers for timely material delivery.
• Implement quality control and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Promote safety culture through meetings, inspections, and audits.
• Maintain project documentation and review shop drawings and submittals.
• Monitor progress and report milestones, delays, and issues to stakeholders.
• Evaluate change order requests and manage impacts on schedule and resources.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
