Job summary

Sheakley Workforce Staffing is seeking a Construction Safety Manager in Aberdeen, SD to oversee safety operations for our client. The role requires BCSP certification, NFPE 70E, and 5+ years of experience in construction safety with electrical safety focus.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, orientations, training, and enforcing safety protocols on-site. The position offers an hourly rate of $58–$62 and a per diem of $125/day with weekly pay and a monthly completion bonus.

Qualifications

• BCSP certification (STSC, CHST, or equivalent)
• NFPE 70E
• LOTO
• 5+ years experience as a construction safety manager with electrical safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
• Provide safety training as needed
• Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
• Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
• Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required
