Job summary

Service Electric Company is seeking a Safety Coordinator to coordinate safety across SEC projects. You will assist in safety inspections, monitor job safety progress, and enforce the Construction Safety Manual, Health and Safety Plan, and contract specs.

You will support field crews, develop safety training, assist in investigations, and generate safety reports. Minimum 4–5 years in electrical construction/maintenance and OSHA knowledge are required; bilingual candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-5 years of electrical construction/maintenance experience.
• Experience with OSHA rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of health and safety plans.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in routine job site visits.
• Conducts safety assessments on crews during visits.
• Monitors safety regulations and updates safety manuals and specs.
• Develops and conducts safety training programs.
• Facilitates new employee orientation training.
• Assists investigations and writes safety reports.
