Job summary

Premier Power Maintenance seeks a Construction Services Estimator/Coordinator to plan, prepare, and execute contract administration for multiple projects from start to finish. You will read drawings, perform takeoffs, and develop proposals while coordinating materials, schedules, and client relations.

The role requires budgeting expertise, strong communication, and proficiency in Procore and Infor Service Management. Occasional travel within 60 miles of Indianapolis is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications for takeoffs, estimates and proposals.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and cost control capabilities.
• Proficient in Procore and project management software.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and changes with clients.

Responsibilities

• Direct contract administration, planning, and execution of project activities.
• Lay out project work and schedule materials, tools, and information.
• Read and interpret drawings for takeoffs, estimates, and proposals.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate other trades and manage change orders with customers.
