Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial construction projects in the Baltimore region. You will manage all aspects from preconstruction through closeout, including client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, project financials, and team coordination.

The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects, maintain strong customer relationships, and drive growth while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within construction.
• Experience in commercial/industrial electrical construction is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and change management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from award through completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, project costs, and profitability.
• Lead change order management and risk assessment activities.
• Coordinate procurement activities with vendors and subcontractors.
• Review and submit payment applications, submittals, RFIs, change requests, and closeout documents.
• Attend project meetings and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Ensure project financials are accurate and up to date.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence on every project.
• Partner with field leadership to execute projects.
• Identify opportunities for additional business and future work.
