Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing electrical construction projects from inception to closeout.
  • Experience delivering federal construction projects in government contracting environments.
  • Strong scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and contract administration skills.
  • Knowledge of federal construction requirements and documentation processes.
  • Experience with industrial construction projects and large-scale installations.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage electrical construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and standards.
  • Monitor performance against scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
  • Build relationships with owners, general contractors, government reps, and teams.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and project docs.
  • Oversee procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor performance.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and leadership.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance throughout.
  • Manage closeout, commissioning support, and final turnover.
