Job summary

Ferguson Electric is seeking a Project Manager – Construction Division to lead electrical project delivery in the Western New York region. You will report to the COO and uphold the company’s core values while coordinating across divisions to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.

The role requires managing contracts, finances, and schedules, while ensuring compliance with IBEW regulations and all applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on hard bid and design-build large projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and promote Ferguson services.
• Collaborate across divisions to ensure exceptional project delivery.
• Adhere to IBEW rules and all codes and standards.
• Manage project lifecycle: contract scope, estimates, change orders, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Develop and drive construction schedules and subcontract management.
• Procure materials for just-in-time delivery and resolve site logistics issues.
• Coordinate with foreman to ensure proper staffing and tool availability.
• Manage RFI process and ensure timely project closeout documents.
