Job summary

Fisk Electric, a Tutor Perini Company, seeks a Project Executive in Houston, TX to own 1–2 large-scale electrical construction projects from $20M to $80M. You will lead Project Managers and coordinate with field, preconstruction, and client teams to deliver on time and budget.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will develop long-term client relationships, drive bid and contract strategy, oversee scheduling, QA/QC, safety, and ensure compliance with Fisk's standards across all project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience with an electrical subcontractor.
• Experience managing electrical projects of $20M+ from pre-construction through closeout.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1–2 concurrent electrical projects with total contract values of $20M–$80M, ensuring safety, quality, cost and schedule.
• Provide leadership to a team of Project Managers for consistent project execution.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new opportunities.
• Partner with Preconstruction during bid and pre-construction phases (budget reviews, scope analysis, constructability).
• Lead development and management of GMP and Lump Sum contracts; manage cost model and risk.
• Interface with owners, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Conduct WIP reviews and weekly/monthly job cost analyses with Operations Managers.
• Oversee master project scheduling and identify critical milestones and risks.
• Champion quality control and safety programs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review and ensure contract compliance with Fisk's standards.
