Job summary

Keystone Electric, a division of Zenith Systems, seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join the Erie PA team. You will oversee projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality in electrical systems.

Responsibilities include estimating, coordination with clients and subcontractors, progressing reports, and site visits. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Project Management and Estimating in Electrical construction.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in estimating, management, and scheduling software: Procore, Bluebeam, Accubid, as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and other docs to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Monitor bid opportunities and manage customer relationships.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.
• Submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
• Visit proposed job sites and attend pre-bid meetings.
