IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical seeks a Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager/Estimator in Greenville, South Carolina.

The role oversees the total construction effort to meet design, budget, and on-schedule delivery, coordinating onsite functions and guiding craft workers and subcontractors. The position requires 4 years of PM/estimating experience in commercial electrical work, familiarity with NEC safety standards, and proficiency in MS Office and ACCUBID estimating

Qualifications

• 4 years of project management/estimating experience in commercial electrical construction
• Experience supervising craft workers
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Supervise total construction effort to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and support staff.
• Direct craft workers and subcontractors as required.
• Provide technical interpretation of drawings and recommend methods and equipment.
• Complete estimating and documentation for extra work and issue change orders.
• Manage productivity and efficient use of materials and equipment, ensuring contractual performance.
