Qualifications

• Experience leading electrical construction projects from estimating to closeout.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and contract documents.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical construction projects from estimating through final closeout.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and budgets.
• Coordinate field personnel, contractors, and vendors for efficient execution.
• Review RFIs, change orders, and drawings for accuracy.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with NEC and codes.
• Support estimating, proposals, and sales activities.
