We are seeking a driven Electrical Construction Manager to support multiple data center projects for a top technology client. This client-facing role requires strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across regions. A background in data center development, design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements is highly desirable.

You will play an integral role in mentoring staff, building client relationships, and pursuing new opportunities, including strategy development, proposal, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing project scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Establishing strong client relationships and effective communication.
3. Developing and maintaining best practices for cost-effective engineering solutions.
4. Managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
5. Preparing reports, presentations, and facilitating project meetings.
6. Performing forensic analysis of building systems for performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of construction management experience in facilities development.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction, building systems, and project delivery methods.
• Experience with client-facing roles and technical communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; PMP or CCM certifications are a plus.
